The hard finishing processes (<strong>GROUND<\/strong> and <strong>HPG<\/strong>) guarantee higher accuracy and quality against lapped gears. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-66 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-7708b1d\" data-id=\"7708b1d\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86ed277 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"86ed277\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To increase the quality and strength of the tooth flank we can also apply surface treatments like shot peening and isotropic superfinish.<\/p>\n<p>We can manufacture spiral and hypoid bevel gears up to 1150 mm (45\u201d) outside diameter and 23 Normal Module reaching high precision quality.
